Q: How long must I wait to receive badges before I send you a message?
A: You must wait at least 72 hours before messaging me. If the 72 hour turnaround time has been allotted, you may send me a message! This timeframe does NOT apply until AFTER your review has been posted under the badge reviews section.
Q: Oh no! I purchased your badge but I didn't receive it. What do I do?
A: Check the reviews under the badge and ensure you have left a review, and make sure you did not purchase the badge with promo credits. After confirming, you may message me if the 72 hour turnaround time is up!
Q: Help! My friend gifted me your badge, I left a review but my friend did not receive it. / I gifted my friend your badge, they left a review but I did not receive it.
A: Check the reviews section to verify you/your friend has left their/your username in their review. Afterward, message me to inform me. If you/your friend did not leave their/your username in the review, don't worry! I will be able to check the purchase history on my end to confirm the transaction went through, and what usernames were attached to the purchase.
Q: I noticed that I have mistakenly purchased a badge twice, can I get a refund?
A: Per my badge TOS (under the product description page), I do not allow refunds of any sort. What I can do for you is offer to grant the badge to an alternate account owned by you, or to a friend. I will NOT under any circumstances grant my badges to people who are on my blacklist, nor any artist's blacklist, please keep this in mind.
Q: Am I allowed to directly transfer credits to your account in order to purchase badges? Can I purchase your badges with cash?
A: Yes, absolutely! Please send me a message to inquire within, we may discuss your preferred method of payment and complete the transaction. Please remember that the full credit or cash amount MUST be sent in full before badges are granted.
